AcctExpt provides document organization, data cleanup, trackers, summaries, checklists, and workflow support. It does not provide tax advice, accounting advice, legal advice, audit opinions, investment advice, payroll advice, representation, filing, submission, or professional sign-off.
Professional responsibility
When a tax return, payroll filing, accounting decision, audit response, legal response, or official submission is required, the responsible client, accountant, tax preparer, payroll provider, lawyer, auditor, or other authorized professional must review and approve the work before it is used.
Client responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate records, complete information, deadlines, and any special instructions. If records are missing or unclear, the deliverable may include an open-question or missing-information list.
Digital tools
AcctExpt may use productivity software, spreadsheet tools, document-management tools, and workflow tools to organize and prepare deliverables. Final use of deliverables remains the responsibility of the client or professional provider.
Payment and refunds
Payment terms, turnaround, and revisions are confirmed before work begins. Custom project refunds depend on scope, progress, and work already completed.

Website forms are for contact and scope review. Do not submit passwords, bank login details, full government identification numbers, or highly sensitive records through the message box.
